With over 20+ years of practical experience, Hex Business Software Solution is a company that was founded by Mr. Deep Dua, a graduate from YMCA Engineering College with a degree in electronics engineering. Mr. Dua began his career by working on the automation of the Hindon Air Base Air Traffic Control Department. Subsequently, he started providing computer hardware and maintenance services to an industrialist who happened to be one of his college alumni. This endeavor was aimed at meeting the upcoming automation needs of the industrialist.
During the automation phase, an opportunity arose to design software that could replace manual processes commonly employed in the manufacturing industries. In 2006, Hex BSS was founded, and its first commercial product, EMS, was introduced to the market. The software was carefully designed to suit the users, many of whom had limited computer skills and found advanced technology inaccessible at the time. Initially, the industrial planning software included modules for sales, purchase, and invoicing. The successful integration of the software in an industry, coupled with positive feedback, prompted further exploration of additional areas and processes for automation, leading to the establishment of Hex BSS as a business.
